1995

Birth of Infovista as a service assurance start-up offering network solutions such as traffic access, data flow management, traffic capture and analytics
2012

We acquire Mentum and launch Planet, our unique network planning and optimization suite
2013

We acquire Aexio, a mobile network optimization specialist software which we integrate with Planet
2016

We acquire TEMS™ from Ascom, the world's leading network testing portfolio
2021

We acquire Empirix, a leader in mobile and fixed assurance, while also leveraging on AI, automation, cloud and analytics to deliver against our network lifecycle automation strategy
2022

We launch Ativa™, our new E2E cloud-native assurance suite. We also develop new uses cases for all stages of the network lifecycle and we complete the cloudification of our entire product portfolio
