InfoVista Extension Module for Alcatel-Lucent 5620 SAM Accelerates Time to Market for Service Providers
Paris, France and Herndon, VA (United States), May 22, 2007 – Infovista, the global leader of IP and RF planning, assurance and optimization software solutions, announced today it has obtained status for Alcatel-Lucent’s Connected+ Partner Program to maintain compatibility between the Alcatel-Lucent 5620 Service Aware Manager (SAM) and Infovista’s VistaInsight for Networks. Infovista’s new extension module for the Alcatel-Lucent 5620 SAM 5.0 is a pre-built integration which will enable service providers to accelerate time to market for the delivery of new carrier Ethernet and IP-based VPN business services, residential triple play and expedite the migration to next generation networks.
The Alcatel-Lucent Connected Partner Program enables OSS partners to streamline the interoperability of OSS applications with Alcatel-Lucent equipment. Infovista is one of only a very few vendors to reach Connected+ Partner status — the top tier of the Connected Partner Program, designed for OSS applications that are critical to a service providers’ operations.

InfoVista’s latest integration module provides a sophisticated, out-of-the-box network performance monitoring and service assurance solution suitable for large heterogeneous networks while fully leveraging the capabilities of Alcatel-Lucent 5620 SAM 5.0, the latest version of its industry-leading management application.
