TEMS Investigation: our powerful drive testing solution

TEMS Investigation 27.1 expands Android 15 support to almost all supported Android devices released since 2023. It supports the latest PCTEL scanner firmware versions which include enhancements such as a signal scan mode for NTN networks. The release also includes many enhancements in areas such as GPS trail functionality, frequency locking, VoIP testing, 1024QAM modulation, inter-RAT handovers and OTT media testing.

TEMS Pocket: our portable phone-based network testing solution

TEMS Pocket 27.1 adds support for the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra device and expands Android 15 support to almost all supported Android devices released since 2023. A new ‘navigate to’ picture-in-picture Google Maps window simplifies navigation to a testing location. Session Start also includes the ‘navigate to’ option to simplify site acceptance procedures. A new action statistics data view shows statistics for executed script actions.

TEMS Paragon: our multi-device competitor benchmarking solution

TEMS Paragon 9.1 expands Android 15 support to almost all supported Android devices released since 2023. It supports the latest PCTEL scanner firmware versions which include enhancements such as a signal scan mode for NTN networks. The release also includes many enhancements in areas such as grid-based benchmarking. GPS trail functionality, frequency locking, VOIP testing, 1024QAM modulation, inter-RAT handovers and OTT media testing.

TEMS Sense: our phone-based automated remote testing solution

TEMS Sense 9.1 now includes a quiet device setting that automates the volume control for all call events and device audio during AQM testing. Multi-SIM support has also been added enabling support for up to a total of 4 SIMs consisting of physical and e-SIMs. Single and DSDS active SIM configurations are supported.

TEMS Discovery: our comprehensive network analytics and optimization solution

TEMS Discovery 27.1 includes support for all the new information elements included in TEMS 27.1/9.1 releases as well as the latest PCTEL and R&S SwissQual file format versions. A user can now calculate the percentage of a route that has been completed based on a pre-defined drive route and the data collected. All Message View details can now be exported to Excel for complex filtering and sorting to aid troubleshooting.

TEMS Cloud: our cloud-based network orchestration and analytics solution

TEMS Cloud 25.2 introduces a SaaS-based offering with 4 different subscription tiers offering flexibility to tailor the solution to your needs. In-building data analysis is now included in TEMS Cloud analytics. A new pivot table-like widget lets users quickly analyze and aggregate large sets of data easily. Support for CDR KPIs, M2M call metrics and user-defined time binning during data import have also been added.
