One of the largest US CSPs turns regulatory compliance into a competitive opportunity with TEMS

When a merger between two North American mobile operators brought regulatory compliance challenges, the newly consolidated entity turned these requirements into a competitive edge.

Tasked with proving 5G network build-out and performance to the FCC, the operator leveraged Infovista TEMS Paragon and TEMS Cloud for extensive benchmarking. This strategic approach not only met regulatory demands by efficiently managing over 1M drive test miles and 5M tests, but also enabled comprehensive competitor network comparisons.

Accenture leverages TEMS Paragon to benchmark the world’s operators

TEMS Paragon is the benchmarking solution Accenture uses to conduct its industry standard operator benchmarking campaigns globally.

Leveraging TEMS solutions for testing, benchmarking, and optimizing network service performance and subscriber experience, Accenture efficiently and cost-effectively helps mobile operators enhance and evolve their networks to meet the increasing demand for data and connections.

Nokia selects Infovista to deliver cloud-based automated drive testing

Nokia selects Infovista for cloud-based automated drive testing to accelerate roll-out of 5G deployments

The cloud-based automation of network testing routines enables Nokia to centralize and automate reporting and real-time validation of testing, reducing the number of failed drive tests that must be repeated. The solution removes the need for Nokia to maintain dedicated servers and redundancy. Reuse of licenses globally and use of commercial off-the-shelf devices significantly increases the efficiency of network testing.

Qatar Communications Regulatory Authority selects Infovista to kick-off monitoring of mobile operators’ Network Quality during major upcoming sporting events in Qatar

CRA Qatar selects TEMS to deliver multi-operator network testing during major global events hosted in the country

Infovista’s TEMS Sense enables Qatar’s regulator to benchmark all mobile operators, ensuring compliance with license obligations during at large events. By having a holistic view of the performance of all networks at key moments during events when usage spikes, the Regulator will have an independent and true record of operator Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and be able to mandate service improvements where needed, ensuring that the promised level of services are delivered to all mobile subscribers.
